An interactive online example of 'traffic light' maps Web browser screenshot by this author of one of the World Bank's interactive online governance world maps. The 'traffic light' map featured in this screenshot shows the 'voice and accountability' governance indicator results for the year 2002 http://info.worldbank.org/governance/kkz2002/gov2001map.asp. The Web-based map interface tool allows users to view results for other years(1996, 1998, 2000, 2002), and offers zooming, panning and drill-down functionalities. The latter displays the underlying map data and details (a map tip is displayed on moving the mouse over a country; clicking the country displays corresponding country charts of all 6 governance indicators).
