  5. E: Number of isolates of the EP most frequently (MF) found in the farm
  6. F: Number of isolates of the MF EP found in cows tested once in the farm
  7. G: Percent of all farm isolates reporting the MF EP ("G"= "E"/"B")
  8. H: Percent of all farm isolates reporting the MF EP, based on non-repeated cow testing ("H"="F"/"B")
  9. I: Identifier of the MF EP isolated in the farm
  10. J: Low, average, high: below the 50th (low) or 75th (average) percentile, or above the 75th percentile, respectively, as reported in Table 4 and Fig. 3(b-e).
