First find the critical value ${\omega }_{d,{\alpha }_n}$ from the fitted distribution, then use that value to find $r_{d,{\alpha }_n}$, the 'true' probability of rejecting the null hypothesis in the 'gold standard' pdf obtained from the 100,000,000 replicates under the null.
